Moral of the Story: Leave Early! Know your route and if you can if there is any construction.
Now that we are past that. once We go there we saw the usually suspects of Awesome Cos-players! We made our way around the convention center when I noticed some images by Frank Frazetta that were printed to about 24 X 36in poster sized pictures. After speaking to one of the guys for a bit he mentioned that Robert Rodriguez a friend and fan of Frank Frazetta photographed the paintings in order to help raise the funds for a gallery dedicated to Frank Frazetta that would display his world famous paintings to the public and that Robert would sign the prints if they were purchased. Also there was a gallery featuring the original paintings of Frank Frazetta. I had a chance to see these paintings and if you have seen any of the images in books they pale in comparison to actually seeing these paintings in front of you. I purchased one of these pics to support this cause (and Frank Frazetta Art is badass!) if you are interest follow this link.
We had a chance to meet some other great artists and celebrities. As I have said in other blogs it is definitely something worth attending. Here are some videos from past Comic Cons, sorry recently Youtube has taken some of the audio away.
